Mandy started her career at Fitness First in Fareham back in 1997 and continued to work in the leisure industry for many years before starting her own events company (Exposure Promotion and Events) in 2006. Mandy has now fulfilled her dream of becoming a personal trainer and now helps people of all ages and levels of fitness ability to fulfil their personal body, health, fitness and wellbeing goals.

We all have room to make improvements with the way we live our lives from how active we are, what we eat and how we spend our spare time.
